This was my first class with Aaron and I completed it multiple times over the years :) I absolutely love it and it would be great if you updated it some time with some new videos focusing more on gesture sketching cats and fun exercises similar to the newer Wolves and foxes class. I love the course so far, I’ve only finished lions but I’m really enjoying it. I will say it is not for beginners. The skeletal structure sort of threw me off at first cause I’m practicing on paper. But to me, personally, I liked that it forced me to draw the skeletal structures and see how the proportions work and therefore further simplified the process of putting down the rough sketches for me :3

Once again, another AMAZING course! I’ve learned so much about cat anatomy, thanks to Aaron. I’ve also been visiting my local zoo, to draw some cats as well in my sketchbook! Great video quality, and anything and everything I could ask for. However, I would recommend this course for older, a bit more experienced artists, who have had some experience drawing (animals in particular) in the past, if you’re a less-experienced artist, do not fret! I 100% suggest the Character Design course, no matter how good you are at drawing! So many great lessons and courses over there too! <3

I’ve only watched the first video and it’s very frustrating. He just breaks out a drawing of a lion skull and starts drawing lines over it without breaking down the forms at all. What am I supposed to do when I’m just drawing on a sketchpad and don’t have a picture of the skull? I can try to follow the lines he draws but the proportions are always going to end up wonky because he doesn’t explain them at all.

I love big cats, and this course is amazing, so thank you so much for making it. Could I suggest possibly adding jaguars and snow leopards at some point? Both of them are so distinctly different from the other cats that I think lessons for drawing them would be extremely helpful.
