In this course, accomplished accomplished artist Ken Spirduso demonstrates his approach to how to draw portraits. He demos numerous tips, techniques that he has learned over his career and shares them with you. Including understand the shapes of a face, capture a likeness & more.

About Ken Spirduso:
Ken Spirduso is an educator, painter, and concept illustrator. Ken has numerous credits for feature animated films and video games. He has created concept art & murals for theme parks around the world, has painted book covers, illustrations, and fine art. As a layout animation artist, Ken designed environments, camera movement, and lighting for films such as Thumbelina, The Lion King, Pocahontas, Hunchback of Notre Dame, Mulan, Tarzan, Lilo and Stitch, and Brother Bear. Ken has painted backgrounds for films such as Brother Bear, Curious George, and Princess and the Frog. He also has experience teaching art education online and in the classroom. He is currently teaching Visual Development, and Painting at Ringling College of Art and Design: FOLLOW HIM ON INSTAGRAM (@ken_spirduso_artwork)
